Doh!!lordvektra 10-12-2004, 02:43 PM http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v247/vektra/fenderdent.jpg So much for a turbo-back anytime soon. I walked out to my car Sunday night to find this and no one around. I have been quoted anywhere between $500-$1000 and im still debating if its worth getting insurance involved, $500 deductible with a possible premium increase. freakray 10-12-2004, 02:48 PM What kind of asshole would do that and not at least leave a note? Damn, that pisses me off!! danny8630 10-12-2004, 04:44 PM thats shitty man...i'd kill someone(not literally for all you legals out there) moger21 10-12-2004, 05:40 PM i just had something like that happen to me. you might want to talk to your insurance company, because mine said sence i wasnt in the car at the time my raits wouldnt go up because there was nothing i could do about it. Jay! 10-12-2004, 07:12 PM Fudge, man; that blows. :( lordvektra 10-12-2004, 08:51 PM i just had something like that happen to me. you might want to talk to your insurance company, because mine said sence i wasnt in the car at the time my raits wouldnt go up because there was nothing i could do about it. I hope thats the case that would be great but im still out $500 which sucks, thats almost a CF hood or accessport moger21 10-12-2004, 11:48 PM yeah i know how that goes, i was going to get the accessport in september then that happened, so now i have to wait a little longer :-( SabreKhan 10-13-2004, 03:09 PM Yeah, tell the insurance people. Unless your insurer really blows, it shouldn't cause a rate increase. Rates only increase if you move to a high-crime area, the same thing happens over and over again, or if you actually cause the damage yourself. keita 10-14-2004, 07:33 AM I second some of the statements above that your insurance rates would NOT go up. There was nothing you could do about it. Use your insurance, that's what you pay premiums for. AvAlAnChE1090 10-14-2004, 07:06 PM omg! If someone did that to my car, either one, I'd go bizzerk! That sucks dude. (i hate hit and runs) lordvektra 10-14-2004, 09:52 PM "either one" stop rubbing it in :icon16: jk AvAlAnChE1090 10-15-2004, 01:21 AM :p, lol You better get that beauty fixed back up 00_impreza 10-25-2004, 08:03 PM hm...suckage with the dent but i dont think that should cause any rates to go up...i remember my sis and dad were passing a baseball and my sis nailed the tail light on his car and busted it, so he just turned it in on insurance as if he found it like that in a parking lot. my dads got really tight financial situations so if he knew it would have made his rates go up any he wouln't have done it... vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
