Hey Gang,

Just got a reasonable quote on a set of all-season rads General Ameri G4S's out the door price $291 for (4) P195/60R15 H (60,000 mile)

Next best was on set of Goodyear Ultra HP4's for $306 which the guy said did not have the goodyear name but were a goodyear tire (55,000 mile)

Any suggestions????

The best value I know of in that size for an all-season would be the Kumho HP4 716. It's a grand touring all-season H rated tire. They are $40.00 each and come with a 50,000 mile warranty. I can work up a quote for you at 1-877-522-8473 ext# 313 if you like.

Thanks very much. I did the math and found a set of those Kuhmo's at Sears for $285 out the door. Really need them today, running on cords now. By the time I did the shipping and M/B at VIP Auto, cost was $272.

Again, thanks though, the Kuhmo is a much better tire than the General.

General Ameristar G4S are the WORST tire I have ever driven. I consider them borderline DANGEROUS they produce so little wet or snow grip.
