My High pressure power steering hose started leaking this past weekend. I wrapped heavy aluminum tape, duct tape, and then 30 tie straps around it. This is a temp fix until the new hose assy comes in.

When ordering hose, the parts guy said high pressure hoses have anywhere from 2000-2500 psi when not turning, and then 4000-5000 psi in a hard turn. Is this correct?
