XM Radio and FM Antenna Location

Has anyone put XM in their 2000 or newer car. Mine has the standard CD Stereo (not Monsoon), and I was thinking about getting it. Where are you guys putting the XM antenna, which I heard is suppose to be close to the FM antenna on the car to use the FM modulator built into the Roady 2's antenna.
