What are the the best spark plugs for a 325I E36

Just a simple questions, With all the other issues that arise with these cars like bad idles etc, what are the best spark plugs for these engines. I want to get this part out of the way so i can start looking at other things. I posted earlier about a surging Im getting under acceleration. I want to start with good Hi Performance spark plugs and work from there. I will be changing the O2 sensor and fuel filter also. Thanks Guys!!!!

Exactly what BMW recommends, I prefer using Bosch over NGK since the heat ranges are much closer to spec [NGK uses only 1 plug to cover 2 heat ranges]

i pout bosch platinums in it ran like crap, ngk the best by far

I went from autolite double platinums to the oem Bosch and still the same! SLUGGISH

I 've been using Bosch plugs in BMW's since 1975 and have NEVER had a sparkplug related problem......these cars are also my livelyhood.....for what this post might be worth to anyone.
