I have a Chevy Colorado ZQ8 with the 5 cyl and 5 speed that is just under 4000 miles. I had a couple problems, but it's been a nice truck for the last several months. The only problem I'm having is once and a while, when I want to accelerate all of a sudden, particularly when making a turn, the engine seems to lose all power for a second or two, as if the gas line is being interrupted or something. After that, it's fine. I don't know if it's in the fuel system or ignition, but it seems like the fuel line.
Maybe for some reason, gas is not being pumped fast enough to the fuel injectors or something?
I'm just curious if anyone else has had this problem.

I have the same problem, along with a list of other problems Your description is as if you have driven my truck! They dropped the fuel tank and replaced the fuel leveling sensor, and put fuel injector cleaner in the tank. My truck still has this problem. It seems to be more noticable when the A/C is on. I would agree 100% it seems to do it more going around corners! :screwy: I'm still waiting on on my truck, the dealer has had it for 16 days now

Please let me know if you ever find the problem.
It isn't a huge problem with my truck, but it is an annoyance that I would like to go away if possible.
Thanks.
