90 lumina wont start after battery change...crksboye23 10-07-2004, 01:23 PM My lumina has been sitting for awhile in the garage. I left a door open and the battery drained. I tried charging the battery which didn't work, so I put in a new one. The starter cranks now but won't turn over the engine. Anybody have a suggestion of what to try next? Spark plugs? Crankshaft sensor? Shop for testing? Kooterskkar 10-08-2004, 12:47 AM Feul pump? Can you hear it prime the feul system when you turn the key on? If not id try hitting the bottom of the feul tank with a rubber mallot. How long was it sitting? It might just be bad gas. Could try some octane booster and feul system additives. crksboye23 10-12-2004, 03:28 PM thanks for the info...i got it started after using some octane boost and rocking the vehicle a little to mix it up. It seemed to work as I was able start it after...now, for the pads and rotors... vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
