I just swapped an rb25det into my 240sx and there is no boost control solenoid for the wastegate. I assume that is was taken off or lost sometime before I got it. Is there anyone who knows where to get one or is it totally necesssary? And at what pressure is the wastegate activated?

you dont need it......later wen you increase boost u throw these things away..

vacuum hose from turbo to actuator....should run about 9psi

the factory solenoid was removed from my R33 and caused no issues so doesn't need it
