stock 1/4 mile drag and modified 1/4 mile drag...which car would you pick? lets hear your stuff

well, the 3000gt vr-4 has awd and gets a better launch, and the two get about the same acceleration, so the vr-4 would probably beat the z32 in the 1/4 mile. with modified, anything can happen.

i would pick the Zed..ok the 3000GT have 4WD...but the damn thing is too heavy..more then 1700kg..that is way too heavy..i say the Zed would beat the 3000gt

how about a geo metro i would say that would win

Boy throwing the Civic and Geo Metro in against those two cars really tilts the scales against the Zed TT and 3000 GT TT. Myself I'd tend to lean toward a VW Bug with a 400 shot of nitrous and dual turbos and 12" slicks and a carbon shifter knob. The shift knob is very important for good speed shifts.

Pinto with a TT 350 and a 350 turbo trans with a shift kit. Pure ownage.

Grand Turismo 1,2,&3 says that the 3000GT TT would win on both drag and course track with the same HP and setups. :iceslolan

You forgot one thing HAVOK, I don't think you'll ever find two different make cars setup the same, Except right off the showroom floor. And All's fair in love and racing, and down here in beansville, In the GP class the 300ZX TT rules next to the 911TT. For the Pro-Import class drags Z32 all the way. If I'm not mistaking, in the Pro-Import class in the USA, Puerto Rico and Mexico the Z32 and Z31 kinda kick as*.
I think for 2005 they might just make a grand sweep being moost of them are going (that haven't) to the VK45DE engines.
