ive got a friend that has a 99 civic si with exhaust and he can't stop bragging about his car its so fast, but would any 00 Prelude Shs shut him up in a race? Who wouold win the civic or the prelude?

I would say the Prelude, but there are alot of things to consider. Are there any modifications? Are you an experienced driver? Is he?
