electric fan and tach problemDeleriousZ 09-30-2004, 05:50 PM alright, first thing is, for an electric fan, would i be able to just get a generic one and hook it up with a switch or something? what size is the one on the z31? and uhhh what would be the best way to hook it up? next issue!! there's something wrong with either my tach or my tach cable that runs to the (transmission?) i've got the analog dash so i'm pretty sure it's just the cable messing up or something... any ideas? it goes up to around 4k rpm, then sits there, then suddenly jumps up to 6k which sends me scrambling for the shift so i don't blow something up:mad: oh! one moooooooore thing.. anyone know where there's how to's on removing all the ac components?
