camber eating tireshigherlevel 09-29-2004, 03:57 PM Where can I purchase a camber kit for my 86 z31. What can I do to fix it? 1viadrft 09-29-2004, 04:39 PM Uh... new springs and shocks and alignment should help! Unless you have a lowered vehicle... Otherwise: STILLEN (http://stillen.com/Sportscars_detail.asp?cat=5&subcat=181&Brand=&id=2011&page=1) has a kit... you're welcome! DeleriousZ 09-29-2004, 05:04 PM z31's naturally have quite a bit of negative camber from the factory... don't ask me why, but that's the way they designed it 1viadrft 09-29-2004, 05:09 PM Uh... double-post? I'm not sure if that's true about Z31 having Negative camber or not... but the reason for having negative camber on a car is for better high-speed cornering. Having negative-camber in cornering increases the contact of tire and pavement... looks kinda cool if you are running some deep-dishes and crazy neg. camber but it's killer on your tires. DeleriousZ 09-29-2004, 05:12 PM woah wtf... i wonder how that happened 1viadrft 09-29-2004, 05:21 PM You must'a hit 'post' twice... anyhow, you fixed it! vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
