I read with great interest through most of the forums on z31's last night. I love my "new to me" 88, and I've always been fond of Nissans. The N/A articles were especialy interesting. I'm all about Turbos, but a quick N/A has to be the sexiest(unless its an R34, they're sexy any way)
mine has the digital dash and leather inserts, steering wheel, and hand brake. I've not had the opportunity to see undr the the hood of a z32TT
but, do they have two MAFs or what??? I want to fab a dual collector intake for my N/A with separate MAFs(and throttle bodies), but I would have to make each MAF half as sensitive right?? I've seen the cobra and z32 conversion kits, but I'm not prone to doing everything the same as everyone else.

The Z32 (both NA and TT) only has one MAF... it would not make much sense to have two (twice as many to get screwed up!). However there are DUAL-POP-CHARGERS and I'm not so sure how those work... all I know is that you need an ECU upgrade in order to run this setup. I don't see why this would be advantageous with an NA however...

ZXdriver, Iv's right, if you start messing with the MAF you'll also need to change you program on your EPROM on your ECU.
Here's the place to ask questions. Lots of good help here.

ZX the last time I was up in your area I got pulled over by the RCMP's between Calgary and Red Deer.

The way the dual intake on a Z32 runs, as it was related to me anyway, is that they split the pipes, install a balance pipe between them to keep air flow the same and then just multiply whatever the MAF is reading by 2. Something along those lines. Probably not the best system but at some point you just need to flow more air.
