I do a lot of highway driving...I can get around 450 to the tank, riding the needle to the left bottom corner of the E, doing about 75-80 mph and average rpm is just under 3K....and yes the light is screaming at me until I fill her up with 16 gallons...

I've been getting around 25mpg, but I usually take backroads and shortcuts and very rarely do I get stuck in bumper to bumper traffic.
Maybe it's not the car but your driving style. How often do you get stuck in traffic?(I know traffic in Houston is a real pain.)

Everyday? Well, no matter what you do, stop and go traffic will always eat up your mileage. Best I can say is:
1)find an alternative route
2)get a POP-charger/cold air intake
3)drop out of school:silly2: :finger: :silly2:
If anything, #2 would be your best bet.;)

He sometimes knows what he's talking about. :right:
Hey, did you see my response to someone on the SE-R list with a similar problem? A new thought came to me. Are your radiator fans running all the time?
