I was just wondering if there is a formula for figuring out quarter mile time with different rims? Or maybe you can help with this, my car has stock 17lbs rims, the new ones I bought are 22 lbs :banghead: any idea how much slower quarter mile time I will have?

There is no simple formula to use because 1/4 mile times depends on a lot more variables than wheel weight alone. If you know what the other variables are then you could try to isolate the impact from wheel weight, but this not a simple process. In the end you would have done a lot of work for a very "rough" calculation.

The easiest and probably most accurate process would be to make several runs with both setups and compare the times.
