Door Pannel

Im trying to take off the back right door panel off of my 92 grand marquis. I removed a screw at the bottom right of the door, one from the door handel, and took car of the window switch. When I try to pull up and out on the panel i get some resistance from the right side of the panel. anyone know if there is a mystery screw that im missing somewhere???
