Vibrations

Hi,

I had 1998 Toyota Camry. When I press the Brake I am observing some rough idling in the engine which causes little vibrations. I didn't observe this behaviour while the car is in motion. Please let me know your observations around this issue.

Do your brakes operate correctly and need the same pedal effort as they did before?

Does the engine vibrate when you are in park or neutral and apply the brakes?

How bad is the engine vibration? Do your rpms drop when you apply the brakes and standing still?

Check the hose leading from your master cylinder booster to the engine and see if both ends are connected securely and the hose is in good shape.
