I own a 87' bmw 325i. My windshield wipers are stuck in the middle of my windshield, I have tried to push them down (manually) they just settle in the middle of my windshield, tried the wiper, they will not retire to their normal stations. As a result, the switch doesn't appear to want to work, could this be a motor problem or relay or fuse?

Maybe the wiper relay. Part number 61 31 1 368 199...
