Hello I was wondering if high flow cats, were legal in El Paso, Tx.? Its becuase I just put in a titanium racing muffler, and Im going to make a custom cat back exhuast system from a local muffler shop. I was wondering if I purchased a high flow cat, is it legal?
Thanks,
Gabriel.

Ok thanks for the reply I will buy the Catco high flow cat. I also have one more question, since I am having a local muffler shop install some 2 and a quater inch piping on my already installed Titanium performance muffler, to make it a catback. Will they be able to put another 2 and a quater inch piping in front of the Catco high flow cat? Also will the piping in front of the high flow cat, can it still be used when I decide to put in 1 piece stainless steel 4-1 headers?
Thanks for the help.

As Ace$nyper said, Random and Catco will pass, they are 50 state legel on Non-OBD-II cars (95 and under, Aftermarket cats are ilegel on ODB-II cars in Cali.

I have a Random Technolgys High Flow cat, and I can attest it passed emissions fine.

Stick with Catco or Random, but avoid a "race" cat, they will not pass.
