Is he talking about the Concept GTR that is discussed in http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/t9592.html ??

Or could he be talking about the new and improved GTR that they plan on releasing when they start production back up on Skyline GTRs.

One would hope it is an improvement over that ugly concept car! I think the first one that everyone was drewling over from way back is the one they make but who knows since it will probably have more of a European design due to the influence of the other company involved.

Maybe we've been heard!

I'd much rather them just stop making the GTR for a few years rather than making that 300Z knockoff :(

Hopefully, in 2004 we'll have a worthy owner of the GT-R R35 name :)

I think that he couldn't have been talking about the current concept, for several reasons. The new GTR is already out in Japan. Secondly, in the same article it talks about the "New V35 Skyline sedan" and they do not talk about it being the next GTR. Lastly, here is another quote. "keeping the 2004 model GT-R's 330Kw-plus expected power in mind" Now I'm not sure on the exact power output of the V35, but I don't think its in the 330Kw range....
