Do not bring old threads back from the dead. Check the thread dates before you post. This was a 2-month-old thread, and its purpose has long since been served. This thread has been dead since September 21-2004 at 07:02 AM until it was brought back to life December 24-2004 at 09:33 PM. In the future check the thread dates, and do not bring old threads back from the dead.
