Yesterday I installed a new stereo system in the Civic and it plays fine.
All the lights work, even the clock, but now the car won't start despite
several attempts to jump start the battery? I am at a loss,
is there something in the fuel pump that could be wrong,
The car turns over but it will not start. I could use your help

Check all of your fuses first. You should be able to locate some of them under the driver's foot well and some in a black box in the engine compartment close to the windshield.

Yes try the fuses. I have the same car as you. Everytime the radio is loud and the bass hits on the driver side speaker it seems to rattle and shake a loose the fuses. Especaily the cooling fan 1. lol So when my car overheats I know there loose. Anyways goodluck finding the problem.
