There is no simple answer to how suspension works because it depends on a variety factors. But the Autozine links should help you to figure what the primary objectives of the suspension are for racing (I assumed this was your area of intrest).

If i was moddin a car wat should i change first in suspension??

If you read the links and understand the basics, you should able to decide for yourself what areas of the suspension are most important to your goals.

My biased opinion is that tires are the most important aspect of vehicle dynamics but that’s me.

I think your biased opinion is biased towards the truth side,
(ie: good advice)

You might consider a wheel and tire package as opposed to just tires, though.
