how to replace crankshaft pulley on G20bean1959 09-14-2004, 01:21 AM The crankshaft pulley broke on my 91 G20. I have order a replacement from the dealer. But, I am unable to figure out have to get the broke one off. Thanks Robert Wiggy 09-14-2004, 11:09 PM pretty simple there is a bolt holding it to the crank shaft, its a 26 or 27mm bolt, just take an impact gun and buss it off, on the side you will notice that there are two holes that have threads in them, all you have to do is get some bolts i believe they are 6mmx1.25 or 1.50 and thread them in and as you tighten them down they will Push the pulley off and you can install the new one. make sure that you remove your belts or else you will have some potential problems regards joe a.k.a WiggY also for the price you got the crank pulley you may have been able to get the two pulley underdrive set from unorthodox racing (jgycustoms.com) regards joe a.k.a WiGgY vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
