I know this is getting beat to death around here by various Polls and complaints but we need to get the point across. Honda/Acura is to big/busy to be merged with the general areas as it is now. It is annoying for us honda/acura guys to wade through all the ford pickup stuff, etc. and I'm sure it is more than annoying for all the others to have to wade through all our Honda/Acura stuff.

In some subforums we had almost a page of new threads per day, now we are merged into all the general stuff and we may have 3 pages a threads per day, I'm sorry but I am not willing to wade through all of this to see threads pertinent to my interests.

The H/A subforums were damn near perfect before, why were they ruined? It is now a mess.

~RSX/integra needs to be split
~subforums need to be returned to the previous format
~All links that were removed from Acura/Honda subforums need to be replaced, ie. off-topic, classifieds, honda news etc.
~info in subforums needs to be replaced (exterior/bodykits/lighting) alot of valueable info was lost
~regional listing returned to the way it was

These are just a few off the top of my head, what I am really pushing for is for the honda/acura section to be returned to how it previously was organized. As far as I and many others who have already voiced thier opinions are concerned it was fine, and was not in need of merging/reorganizing.

A much better solution to this rather than merging us with everything else would be to split everyone else up as well, I mean come on, I am not going to wheels/tires to read about what size mud tire you can fit on a ford ranger and if I were I would go to the ford section as I have in the past for a similar question. On the same thought I'm sure a person interested in the mud tire example from above would not be interested in reading all the stuff on low profile tires and street tires etc. all just examples but I hope this helps to get my point across.

i hanven't looked...i guess i need to go check it out...but what i did see that was kinda odd was the joint Accord/TSX forum

ok i took a look at it and it seems that some of these merged forums need to separated...and i think they need to put it back as the Honda/Acura forum b/c not everyone knows that Honda makes Acura and keep Honda cars separate from Acura cars when it comes to the sub forums...i only say that b/c u have the RSX and the Integra together wher they are 2 totally different cars

so yes...i think it needs to go back to the way it was

Well, considering half the Honda forum seems to have posted in every single one of these threads, I guess that instruction was totally disregarded anyway :screwy:

I don't see any suggestions or ideas of how to change it in this thread at all, just all agreeing to what knorwj said. Says nothing about replying in general or replying with agreement.And in the other IWC thread, I started it and wanted others to voice their opinions and ideas; so I didn't put that disclaimer at the bottom of my thread.

Okay, first off, I am going to apologize to the thread starter for posting something other than a show of support for his ideas.

freakray, what mellowboy ment was he cares so much because he'd down with AF. Like many of us, we CARE about how things are here at AF. We didn't like the changes, so we voiced out opinion...why??

Becuase we are the "comsuers" here at this site, and we didn't like the managments changes. Just like sending in a comment card or calling the complaint line after shopping at a store.

Why would you do either of those 2 things? The same reason...becuase you care!!!! Why do different people send in different comment cards, why do people phone seperately and nto as one big whole? Same reason, people have different complaints, and different ideas on how to fix them.

Now, please, stop hi-jacking this poor guys thread and let it get back to it's point.

Freakray the reason I started this trhead was because I was following igor's instructions as civicspoon mentioned, second the other threads were only pertaining to one thing or another, mine is focused on everything in the H/A subforum being reversed not just rsx/integra or the general areas. I felt that we had a very streamlined subforum compared to the others of AF and I feel if anything they should make the other subforms like A/H was not make A/H as disorganized as the others.
