Engine Problem

I have a 94 Camaro Z28 with the LT1. This afternoon, I stopped to get gas, and when I started driving away, the car seemed to jolt or coil. It's hard to describe without riding in it, but it almost seems like a missfire. When I accelerate, the car pauses before it goes, then starts to jolt when driving. Would a simple tune-up fix this? Need opinions and info.

Didn't take notice, but good news. When I started it back up again to go to work a few hours later, the car ran fine, no problems. I didn't have any problems on the way home either. I hope it was just a one-time glitch or something. I'll keep you posted.

I checked this afternoon and I am getting the SES light. So I guess I should go get it checked out then.
