Mud flaps or NO - want opinionsRamblin Fever 09-10-2004, 10:33 AM When I bought this truck almost 8yrs ago, it was an every weekend hauler for our 20' boat, and didn't have factory mud flaps on it. So, considering I put on a slightly bigger set of tires, I also put on a set of mud flaps suitable for a 1/2-3/4 ton truck, not the tiny one's for compact trucks/suv's, only I did slightly shorten the length. Anyhow, the mud flaps have TAZ on them that says "BACK OFF", I'm sure you've all seen a set. I have them on all 4 corners, and have kept them looking nice and straight. However, I've recently seen several Rodeo's without mud flaps, and although the flaps have prevented years of dings from potential flying rocks off the tires (we're always at the lake or on some dirt road) I'm curious to know what others opinions are?? vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
