Slow Progress: AUDI 90 Quattro (Fujimi 1/24)suiteR 09-09-2004, 03:21 PM Absolutely slow.... bought this kit 2 years ago, painted 1 year ago. Now pick up the pace again.... http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=3219/51152PICT03041-med.JPG http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/3219/51152PICT0304-med.JPG http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/3219/51152PICT0305-med.JPG http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/3219/51152PICT0306-med.JPG http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/3219/51152PICT0307-med.JPG http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/3219/51152PICT0308-med.JPG http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/3219/51152PICT0309-med.JPG Welcome comments!! :) Tikiman 09-09-2004, 03:29 PM Looks nice, but those panel lines look a bit harsh in black. They just stand out way too much. That Golf looks interesting too. suiteR 09-09-2004, 03:32 PM thanks... the Golf is another on-going project for my brother http://vorsicht.org.hk/forum/files/pict0239.jpg suiteR 09-09-2004, 03:34 PM like this 1:1 http://vorsicht.org.hk/forum/files/dscn0104low.gif :loser: SupaMan89T 09-09-2004, 03:42 PM whoa awsome paint on the audi yellow really stands out! :) DasWiesel 09-09-2004, 03:49 PM YUMMI! I like both of them, but i hope you´re going to change the colour of the Audi-wheels!? swollen 09-09-2004, 04:35 PM Paint the Audi wheels silver, it'll look uber-pimp. BTW who makes the 90 kit? DasWiesel 09-09-2004, 04:38 PM BTW who makes the 90 kit? Fujimi Porsche Carrera 09-09-2004, 04:59 PM That's one of the best looking 90s I've ever seen! Loving the Golf too!!! :smokin: Btw... Where did you get the big bumpers for Golf?!? suiteR 09-09-2004, 09:43 PM The AUDI kit is from FUJIMI. The big bumper kits for the Golf II are resin kit. My friend ordered it for me thru ebay somehow... But since the b/bumpers are for REVELL's Golf II, they don't fit my FUJIMI Golf too well. Some modifications done. RE the side-skirts, I shaved the skirts from a FUJIMI Golf III and applied to this Golf II. Anyway, thanks for the comments!! I will try to change the color of the wheels deedlit 09-10-2004, 07:52 AM Wooww, good job so far :bigthumb: After the red one we saw a few weeks ago (can't remember the builder  ), now yours in yellow. Cool :) Audi si invading the forum :lol2: I ckecked my old boxes this week, and found this kit partialy built, checked for the parts and found them too. Good, I have everything to make one too. Sure, yours will be my inspiration. About, the wheels, I would go for black. Black and yellow is a nice combo IMO. Anyway, can't wait for more :) Cychalen 09-10-2004, 01:40 PM Looking good! :sunglasse I built a red one a while ago. I think there is a green one in progress somewhere. The bumper needs a strong attachment because the chassis fits pretty tight. The grill had a very tight fit also. I had to sand off a bit to make it fit. It is a good idea to fill the back of the front seat eventhough it is not noticeable once completed. That's all I can remember. Porsche Carrera 09-10-2004, 01:42 PM Oh I see... Thanks for that. As for the color of the rims IMO it looks good, don't bother changing it. :2cents: DasWiesel 09-10-2004, 02:19 PM @Porsche Carrera You will get the big bumpers here: http://www.automobilminiaturen.de/index2.html (http://www.automobilminiaturen.de/resinkits/scaleproduction/00000094fb0e2d4d4.html) Credit Card should be no Problem at all. :smokin: vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
