If I have 96-98 Civic Hatchback, and will drop in a b18c1 engine from a 3rd generation Integra, will the wiring harness work? I know that the Civic is a OBDII, but not sure about the Integra.

Will I have to get an Integra wiring harness? What kind of ECU does the 3rd generation use? Is there a different OBDII on the newer Integras? Can I juse use and adapter and have it work with my the 96-98 Hatchback wiring?

What are the codes to the ECU of a 96-98 DX hatchback and a 3rd gen Integra? Thanks.

the 96up are obd2...to wire it, you can use your stock harness, add the wires for vtec and use the p72 GSR ecu.

go to hybrid.perf.org for the wiring diagrams

as long as the motor is a 96+(OBDII)...you can use stock harnesses just fine.;)
