In-progress R-32 Skyline (11 pics)tonioseven 09-07-2004, 09:45 AM I know they've been done to death but I don't really care; I like them :smokin: . A few of you might remember this Skyline from a long time ago. I found it packed away in a box and decided to finish it. I left the red paint on it but changed the CF on the hood to SMS and will do the same on the wing as I ran out of SAS decal. Paint is Tamiya spray ??:dunno: :uhoh: . Seats are from an r-34 and the seatbelt holes were opened up with a pin vise and drill bit. Wheels are 19" Aoshima Koenig WRVs. Seatbelts are from Studio27. Decals are from LauBak (http://www.laubak.com) . That's about it. The engine will be used in another project. Thanks for looking  . http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Tonioseven/power-10.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Tonioseven/power-9.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Tonioseven/power-8.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Tonioseven/power-7.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Tonioseven/power-6.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Tonioseven/power-5.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Tonioseven/power-4.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Tonioseven/power-3.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Tonioseven/power-2.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Tonioseven/power-1.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Tonioseven/power-main.jpg Hape 09-07-2004, 09:50 AM Awesome work! I love the decals :D kunta 09-07-2004, 10:42 AM Looking great so far! nice red. willimo 09-07-2004, 12:38 PM Looks great, as usual. The hood could use some clear to help smooth it over, though, but I'm sure that was already in the works. I have a question, as I see this decal on many of your cars - what's Crampus Club (Right? I used to think it was "Grandpa's Club," but that doesn't look right.)? I see it occasionally, and I don't have a clue. flyonthewall 09-07-2004, 01:12 PM Sweet SupaMan89T 09-07-2004, 01:19 PM awsome work man 2 bad your usein the motor looks good inside the engine bay :iceslolan joecwlaw 09-07-2004, 01:30 PM Nice R32. Should the rims be "Auto Contoure Supreme 19"? :P I sure your "box" have the Green Accord wagon, any updates on it? :sunglasse tonioseven 09-07-2004, 02:11 PM Thanks for the corrections Joe :p Yes the hood will be clearcoated and the wheels are Auto Couture Supremes (doh!) Thanks all!! Grampus has something to do with Option magazine but I'm not exactly sure what :dunno: I just think it looks cool:p Take care all!!:) Heh, the Accord wagon is actually in my pile of kits to finish within the next few weeks!! I promise to finish it this time along with a lot of other already-started kits!!:sunglasse http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Tonioseven/accord-wagon-sig.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Tonioseven/mello-2.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Tonioseven/faf9dc31.jpg EDIT: I searched Google (it's my friend! :iceslolan ) and came up with a lot of entries similar to the following... "Official Club Websites Links - AFC (Asian Football Confederation) ... ... Nagoya Grampus Eight. Japan. http://www.nagoya-grampus-eight.co.jp/. Sanfrecce Hiroshima. Japan. ... S.Korea. http://www.steelers.co.kr/. Puchon SK Football Club. S. ... www.footballeconomy.com/afc.htm" I'm under the assumption that the owner of the Skyline I'm building either supports the team or is a player on it and enjoys high-performance cars during his leisure time:smokin: Ficticiously speaking of course!!;) Andy Jones 09-07-2004, 02:29 PM Excellent stuff as usual Tonio - nice details - look forward to seeing more.
