Hey i need some help. My fucktard mom took away my car cuz she found some shit in my room. Im 18 and the car is registered, and insured under my name. Is there any way i can get it back from her?

If the car is Titled, registered, and insured in your name.. then your mom has no legal right to do anything with YOUR car. Although, I'd be careful with what you do if your still living with her... You can get the cops involved to get your car back, but might find yourself living out of it...lol.

Registration, and insurance mean nothing... its the title that matters.
