im about to buy a used 2003 monte carlo ls. i need to know if any of you know anything about this.. on the sides where the monte carlo ss labels usually are, this monte says limited editon and has a tazmanian devil pic next to it and also on the rear right next to the tail light. it also comes with a body kit, unlike the factory appearance packages i have seen it looks exactly like the razzi kit. the spoiler is also on the car. the wheels dont say chevy or anything but look to be aftermarket 17" the tire says. there are also two big exhaust tips although it is only single exhaust, the other is for show. the guy at the dealership said everything was included with the limited edition package. i have not seen anything like this before.. any info would be great. it looks like a good deal, $13500, 13100 miles, metallic blue color, clean history from autocheck. the dealer said it was just a trade-in and the guy got a vette. anyway please let me know quickly if you have any info, it would really be appreciated.

Its a standard 200hp 3.8 v6. It comes with everything the SS has, except this one has a different appearance package..
The 2nd exhaust tip is functional, put you hand near it, exhaust will come out.

it says its an LS 3400. do you know anything else about the car, im really close to buying. thanks
