Running lights out

All my rear running lights are out, I checked my fuses (under the hood), but they seem fine. Any suggestions?

What did you do to check the fuses??? Test lite?? Multimeter??? visual check????
What does "seem fine" mean???
There might be a fuse holder under the dash in the cab as well. Not sure about some of the model differences here but they are in both places on the my 96 JGC. (behind the passenger side kick panel)
