well i am barely going 2 start with some audio system in my car and since J Spec NiTeMaRe knows about audio things i wanted 2 know how many watts does the a stock 95 se model stereo has of watts? but if anyone else knows please help.

Typically, a stock radio will have 4-10 watts per channel RMS, with a peak of 20 or so. This is fine because usually your factory speakers usually can't handle much more than that anyways.
The first step in making a better sound system is a head unit. Even if your stock speakers can't handle all of the wattage that a good one (like an Alpine) can put out, it will almost always sound a little cleaner and better. The next step is of course, speakers. We can get into that later though.
It's very unfortunate that you have an SE, because I have never seen one without a "premium sound system." This means that you have that piece of crap Clarion head unit, 6 speakers, and 2 factory amps (I think). Plus your factory antenna will require an adaptor to fit into any aftermarket head unit. And since it's grounded through the antenna instead of having a normal ground wire, you're also going to have to find a chassis ground if you want to do everything correctly. How thoughtful of Nissan.
Anyway, I started rambling, just let me know if you're actually going to start changing things. If you do things wrong, you will end up with a check engine light or worse. I can give you a step by step and I will dig up my old notes to find the correct wiring colors. Sorry for taking so long to reply, I don't come around as much anymore.

oh ok i was reading that the s14 se model comes with an amp is that true?

It's not only less watts than aftermarket, but also a more limited frequency range (less power required to begin with).
This is why a lot of the top speaker sets put out no bass freqs. with a factory deck.

oh dang well 2day i when 2 some stereo spots and they all told me if i wanted to keep the stock stereo the panel, i can go to a spot and get a chip or something install and get more watts and just upgrade the spekers and get the subwoof and an amp or keep the stock amp if it brings it already
