We own a 96 JGC and are having trouble with the towing package. The truck's lights are all operating fine, however, the camper lights are not. We have running lights to the camper but not brake or turn signal lights. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Grab a multi meter and start working backwards from the camper lights. Or my guess is it's the camper/truck connectors so start there. Probably corroded or broken wires. If you have power on the jeep side connectors then it's a camper wiring problem. If it's on the jeep's end then check where the wiring harness connects (mine is behind each tailight). Good luck. Electrical problems can be tricky to nail down.

be careful if it needs to be rewired, i've seen a car's electrical system have big problems because of a shorted/miswired trailer light system

I Just had the same problem with my camper. Had to replace the male pigtail on the camper. Also make sure you have a good ground. I checked all terminals comming from the Jeep, lights brake light trailer brake and turn signals with a test light and DVM. If every thing is good at the Jeep harns\ess the problem is in the camper pigtail or harness. You can check the camper pigtail with a battery and a couple of jumper wires to see if every thing lights up.
