speedo cluster problems need help!

have a 93 cobra when the car is off I can turn on the parkers/headlights and the temp/oil guage pegs out. When i turn off the lights the guages drop back down. So while im driving this morning everything was fine, all of sudden the previously mentioned guages pegged out again. Anyone have this problem? I think when i press in the clutch to shift the guages begin to drop a little :dunno:
