Help with Rear Bumper Removal

Anyone know how to remove the rear bumper without ripping it up? I have a dent under the driver tail light and I can't get the bumper off the car to push the dent back out. I've pulled all of the little push pin thingys...but I can't figure out what's holding it in place (from the Rear) in the top bumper area behind the tail lights.
Of course, if there's any tips for getting it back on that would be great!

Thanks!

PS - It's a 2003 Grand Cherokee Laredo - plain black/grey bumpers.

Have a same problem, same dent in the same spot.
Tried to remove cover, took out all the pins, still could not get it off, so just left it alone and driving with that dent, lol. Sad.
any new info would be helpfull.

theres a screw under each taillight, the plastic rivets holding it to the inner fenders, and its clipped into the quarter panels and there are also 10mm nuts inside the wheel wells.the dent probably wont just pop out.if you can reach your hand up in there behind it,you might be able to carefully heat it with a heat gun and push it out.ive done a few but it wont look perfect especially if it turned white by the dent.just be real carefull with the heat.

For some reason I missed the autoreply in my email account. Anyway - thanks again! I found the 10mm nut and attachment points inside the fender well, I just can't figure out how to remove it from where it's clipped into the rear qtr. What kind of clips are they?

Yeah, it turned white, so I plan to straighten it out on a hot southern summer day..hopefully that will last until I can get another; cleaner version.
