yea i did but i dont really know about these motors im going from the vw family to nissan but im thinkin the 25det is better..

Better for what? Drag? Drift? Show?

Personally I think an RB25 in a Silvia is a bit of overkill.

Can u get drag and drift out of it, or does it have to be one or the other. What do u mean by overkill how much hp can u get out of both without prob??

You can get about 300HP from an SR20DET on stock iternals I believe... I don't preach the gospel on SR's so Don't take it as gospel! As for the Mighty RB25DET you can get about 400-500 on stock iternals. They are really stout engines... and they are great for drag and drift. I think you would probably wanna go with a RB26 though if you were al-out drag racing, however.
