On a bit of a roll; actually finishing some models. President finished. Cima, Sil80, and R34 very close. So with this momentum going, I'm starting up a Super VIP Project, the Fabulous Celsior (UCF31).

I've had the kit sitting around for a bit, and recently picked up the 2004 Fabulous Catalog, and VIP Style profiled the 2004 Fabulous Celsior, so I figured, time to build it.

Seeing all the detailed buildups recently around here, I figured I'd take this one up a notch. Being a luxury car, the highlight is the inside, not the engine, so that's where my focus will be. Step 1 - open the doors.

It's still early on, so lots of details up in the air. Color, for now, is HOK Cortez Blue Pearl. Some planned additions/upgrades.
- the new 2004 projector headlights
- TV's and other interior stuff
- similar stuff for the trunk
- Fabulous floormats
- Fabulous teddy bears
- Fabulous Inferno suspension
- other Fabulous bits here and there
- custom P/E badges, doorsills, interior accents, etc
- custom decals for things the kit didn't include.

It'll be slow going, since there's lots to scratchbuild, and I want to do it right and not rush parts. More soon. Comments, suggestions, questions are welcome.

In addition to what JDM-AE86 said, they also to upgrade parts for K-cars and scooters. Plus they have clothes, sunglasses and fancy wallets. They also sponsor JGTC, Formula Dream, Formula Toyota (junior F1-style, and even Go Carts and Jetskis racing.

I got the Fabulous catalog off Ebay about a month ago. Wrong category and poor keywords lead to an easy auction win. It's a nice catalog, over 100 pages and hardcover. Most are free from the company, they just don't ship outside of Japan.

Base kit is Aoshima's Fabulous Celsior, and I have a spare Admiration Celsior kit as backup in case I screw something up big time.

Hey Malsheem - looks like a great project! I had some 19 inch Fabulous profounds on my Mercedes E500 before I got my BRABUS rims. I like their product and have seen a lot of Fabulous completed cars here in the states.

FABULOUS also does kits for Mercedes (although they are a little out there...)

I can't wait to see how you will takle the doors and interior...
