The end of the '57 ChevyFerrari TR 08-28-2004, 08:21 PM Some of you may remember the '57 Chevy Sport Roadster I posted a few months back. Well... that was for a club contest and there was a deadline! I got back to it about six weeks ago and realized that I would only be able to get a little bit of it completed. So...this is what 20% finished looks like. http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/502/73480Back017-med.JPG http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/502/73480Back016-med.JPG http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/502/73480Back014-med.JPG http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/502/73480Back015.JPG The seating part is all scratch built. The rest is from the amt '57 chevy kit (7 parts). :p StephenDeli 08-28-2004, 08:36 PM That is awsome!!! CADguy 08-29-2004, 08:48 AM Very creative build. Everything looks great! The Chevy bowtie on the back was a nice touch. Ferrari TR 08-30-2004, 03:09 PM So...this is what 20% finished looks like. I shodda said " this is what 20% looks like finished." The show was fun! There were 5 finished (full) '57's. my "End" and 3 in progress cars. A good turnout for 15 builders in the club same kit build. The 'End' would have been a contender for 'Peoples choice' if there had been one. I did manage to get both 'best engine' and 'best interior' awards with my Tamiya Ferrari F-40 though. :p WIN1029 08-30-2004, 03:22 PM I think if I got a real one in my living rom will be COOL~^^ Silver82x 08-30-2004, 08:15 PM Hehe... http://www.thecellarstore.com/57chevcouch.html :smokin: GTmike400 08-30-2004, 08:50 PM Is the front clip going to be a bed? vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
