Any instructions out there how to change the transmission fuild for my Isuzu Rodeo 4WD Manual Tranny?

It's been more then 80K since this has been done and after lies from the dealer I decided to learn and do it myself. I found this site and I think it's great.

What type of fluid do I need?
Any instructions out there I can use?

I've read that I need a drain pump and I guess a filter since it's been so long.

I've looked around other posts and was not able to find anything.

Thanks in advance.

If you do it yourself, you will only get out about 40% of the fluid. And after 80k I would recomend dropping the pan and replacing the tranny filter too. By dropping the pan again you will only get out 40% of the fluid, so you may want to do yearly drain and fills to keep the sorta clean.

how would you rate this job? can I beginner like me do it? Do I need a 2nd set of hands for this?
I'm thinking about a full fluid change since it has gone 80++ without any change.
