Alright I really hate to be a party pooper, but i was just curious to know why the girl's forum always have threads that involve other people's opinion on the females that are involved with cars in some way. Either it's drifting, racing, showing, or just interested in cars, why is it that every other forum is like this??? :disappoin

*Girls vs Guys...who takes it?

I think if we stop making these threads so often , then maybe there wont be so much talking shit on the other end of the computer or getting mad at eachother. If it's so important then i think we should open up it's own little section. This place (I'm assuming) was supposed to be for all the girls here to and talk about cars and car stuff. Girls seem to post less in the regular forum, so this is a place where they can come to meet other girls with the same interests. Or so I thought.

Gimme a break! There is always someone who says that. Its not our sport its just that alot more guys like it than girls. No biggie there. If a guy makes a post about "Girls and cars" or "Girl streetracers" then let em. Chances are they are like 17 and don't know what the hell their talking about. Its more or less about the maturity levels of the guys posting the threads. I'll say what i say to everyone complaing about posts. Nobody said you have to read/respond to them and make a big ole debate about it did they? Takes alot less time and effort to just ignore the post someone made than to read all the posts and respond and make matters worse.
I'm a guy and i think its wonderful when i hear of girls who know what their talking about.....i think their should be way more that like to tune/race their own cars! well I am a guy. I think it is great when a woman loves there import as much as i do. If you want to build and race, more power to you and if you kick my ass at the track it's cause you were better. Nuff said. I can live with a woman kicking my ass. I think more women should race, and not just be cover girls. But this is just one mans thoughts.

okay i agree, but one question to ask everyone, i understand that people think that it's great a female knows and understand cars, but why is it a big deal? So many people make a big fuss and issue out of it and personaly i'm tired of hearing about it. I would like to ignore it, but how can i when half the threads here are on this top and even threads that don't start off with this end up with this topic. Thats complete and totally utter crap! the only reason you feel guys are dominating the racing scene isnt becuase guys think that racing a "skirt"...female... is silly, its primarily due to fewer women having interest in cars, performance racing parts and actual street/ drag racing and even fewer females even compete... i refuse to speak of an entire populous of slobbering morons who just wanna see up a girls skirt, but i can speak for myself and several friends... itd be nice to race someone who isnt so freakin testosterone filled or full of themselves...but then again when you send em home cryin it does make you feel kinda good... anyhow the point remains, most (if not all) of us have no problems racing a female... ive had my rear handed to me once by a female... shes now my gf believe it or not and were constantly competing with eachother and i love every second of it. besides whats wrong with liking a girl who actuallyknows what a dohc motor is or a girl who actually knows what the "yellow thingy under the top" is. lets be honest.. ignorance ISNT bliss... i cant stand being with or knowing someone who doesnt even know what the red light thingy on that dash thingy is... its tiresome to explain over and over again whats gonna happen if the oil doesnt get changed or if you ignore a coolant leak. and it really is a...(how do i phrase this)... i love the fact that my girl knows at least as much junk as i do if not more (she surprises me sometimes) about cars and engines... how many couples actually work on a car togeather...

Im sorry, but I couldnt agree more! This is the first time I posted on this forum in months! I get kinda sick of hearing the same $hit! Can we not talk about how "boys are so dumb" anymore?! Can we not talk $hit about car models....jelousy is unattractive. Let's not be immature here! I feel so low knowing that I'm probably stereotyped as a female "ricer" with no knowelege of mechanics. I own an import, I tune it, I model cars (for all you dumbasses who think models dont know crap), and I race competitively. I hope someone intelligent will turn this boring forum into something worth reading.
