putting 01 tacoma front end on a 99

guys will a 01 front end work on a 99 4x4 tacoma?? my truck is needing a paintjob, also a new bed, might as well put on a new cab. can i do that? i would like to trick out my tacoma and figured that this would make my 99 different from everyone else's

It might work, if not a direct ap then with a few minor mods. But really, the '01 up Taco grille is soo well, unattractive! lol.

well i used to think that too, but i guess that they have grown on me.

you will have to get 01-newer, fenders, hood grille/headlights, bumper, and tail lights if you want, i believe that this is a easy swap

Well at least its not an expensive swap, well the hood might be, but everything else is pretty reasonable.

i have everything to do it with already. i went to a junk yard and the man sold evrything off the front for $250. it was hit from behind, so that was good there is no damage to the front pieces. just needs painted to match my truck.
