replacing rear window regulator. HELP !!

The rear window of my 94 camry doesn't roll up. I can hear the motor though. I tried to open the door panel. I removed everything but the panel had a wire attached to something in the door. I don't know how to take that off ?? Also, i saw some loose wires in the door assembly (probably from the regulator) . I think the window regulators need to be replaced. Can anybody tell me how to do that ?? I don't know how would things look in the correct way.
