No Air on Blower Setting 1 and 2nstathop 08-21-2004, 02:17 PM My blower only works on the settings of 3 and 4 speeds. At 1 and 2 there is no air movement (AC or Heater). Tried replacing the switch was no help. Any Suggestions!? fai07 02-05-2005, 01:20 AM recently the exact same problem happened to my 92 civic... turned out the blower motor resistor was to be blamed... the resistor is located on top of the blower assembly... after u take off the glove compartment... u will see a few electrical connectors on top of the blower assembly... the first one from the right is the one connected to the resistor which is secured to the assembly by 2 screws... u can pull it up and out after u disconnect the connector and uncrew it... i checked mine and it turned out part of the resistor was broken off... so i just carefully twisted the broken part together and secured it... i put it back and level 1 and 2 blow air again... hehe... i just save myself 20 bux from ordering a new one from the dealer... vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
