hey, i'm looking at both the s2k and 350z, and i recently test drove both. i really love both cars, but you can't get everything. Z has low end grunt, and it moves nicely, but i also like how the s2k revs up so high, and i like the way it drives as well. i've read different things about both, any opinions as to which you'd prefer, and why? thanks, any help is appreciated!

i like the feeling of power the Z gives me... and the interior is somewhat more comfortable to me.

i think the interior is more comfortable for everyone than the s2000. im not very big and i feel cramped in an s2000. z is sexy. go z or go home.

350z has more room but its what you like. a friend of mine has an s2k. i drove the car and its fun but for my size is very unconfortable. not that i'm fat or anything like that.

how about a 300zxtt

both cars are very well built. s2k is very fun to drive because the RPMs seem like they go on forever but then that 350z has a very smooth and powerful torque curve. so for performance they are about equal but the 350z takes it because its potential is virtually amazing.

hey JCCR, that would be my choice. but if you dont have the funds to back up the Z32 when something goes wrong than i would go with the 350z because it is brand new and it has a warantee. but there is nothing like 2 turbos to kick you in the ass when you push the gas pedal.

The powerband is completley different on these cars. If you like that instant power then the Z is your bet, if you like that top end pull then the S2000 is it. Either way they both are very good cars.

Or you could have the best of both worlds . . . TT the 350 :D

I had the same issue and i got the Z. The insurance is a little cheaper on the Z due to the high theft rate of Hondas. You can't go wrong with either of them though.
