I'm working on a 92 Accord and trying to get the camber straight...

I see all the camber kits that have the adjustable balljoint, but the stock control arm has the balljoint fixed to it.

Where do i get a control arm that I can put a new ball joint into?

i think you are talking about the upper ball joint you can buy adjustable ball joint about 90 dollar those can camber out your wheel
