nice, how do the springs ride? i have been questioning a 1.7/1.8 drop or just a 2 all around, your car doesnt look low enough in my opinion but i have seen others with 1.8 that look too low, so hard to say, anyway nice car, i need to get some pics up my self.

The Springs ride great, 1.8/1.7 is low enough, any lower and your ride quality starts to go and then you have to worry about where you are able to drive. I'd rather be 1.8, and not scrape then 2.5 and scrape everywhere I go.

OK!, very nice projector lights, where did you get them/how much? those are the best ones i have seen and i am in love!!!

a lot of the designs i have seen are hideous for 4th gens, the ones where it doenst have a projector for the brights and it has that X look on the headlight one... anyway, tahts really tight!

Can you guess what generation I have?!!:D I have a stock engine, clear corners, and bumpers, and all red tail lights. I took out my silence tube from my stock intake to make my car louder. Hey, it's a cheaper way to sound louder than buying an intake (no added HP though). I just added a Kenwood Excelon KDC-X815. It's great! It flips away when your engine turns off. That's all I have for now.

I have a 91 LX coupe. Its a dark charcoal color. Inside is grey and red. I guess from my name, you can tell I'm equipped with air ride. 5 full inches of movement at the flick of a switch. (I have 10 switches). 18" Konig Toxxin rims, Yokohama tires, intake, exhaust, and a decent system. Two MTX 12's, 600 watt amp, and a Pioneer player and speakers. And for an added 47 horsepower, I put a 40" red Yokohama sticker across my windshield.

i too am one of the few(apparently) to have a 2dr, LX to be exact. im still busy paying for past financial ventures, so i havent had alot of money to put into my car. so far ive got or done the following:
-17" td motorsport rims w/avid h4 215/45's
-4" dual dragger muffler(sweet sound)
-obx intake w/cai extension
-speedTech springs
-custom blacked-out euro corners
-custom tinted head & bumper lights
-custom top and bottom grill w/blue 'H' symbol

...and no, my rims didnt get stolen. im waiting to have an ingalls kit installed and i didnt want to ruin two good tires. and i only put the front springs in for no real reason other than to be different. although the other day i saw an integra with the front dropped... and i swear to god, if that catches on im gonna piss myself.

in the near future i plan on getting a dc 4-2-1, and a rear bumper. i dont want the full kit because i just care for them. oddly enough, the way to stand out now is to keep your car somewhat basic. if i drop it and get a kit, ill look like every single honda in the city.

one more thing... if anyone can help, i need a bumper with a big muffler gap. at least 8 or 9". anyone know of any lemme know.thanx

how are the speedtech springs?? they ride alright? where did you get them???? im looking for lowering springs i dont wanan go with coilovers if i dont gatta. there fricken expensive i dont got the money to put out for them.

strodda

they ride very well, i think. a friend of mine has a 97 accord w/ stock springs, and he said my car rode smoother. the springs along with the strut bar give tighter cornering, unfortunetly all that means now is that i skid alot, i drive like i usually do, but with those little donuts up front its not workin.

the drop for 4gens is 2"front, 1.8"rear. which is perfect, especially since you have 17" rims. if you went any lower with rims that size you'd have to roll the fenders, unless you wanted terrible camber.

i dont remember the site, but i found the invoice, and it was sold directly from suspension techniques inc. but i didnt buy it from them. it was sold to number one parts, and shipped to me. i dont know what the hell happened there. ill see if i can find the site.

no i dont have a pic of my car yet. i dont have a scanner so i really havent taken any pictures of my car. but my g/f has a scanner so ill get a pic taken and have her scan it. i dont have the rims put on my car yet because im still waiting for the tires to be shipped in. the one set i got there was a problem with the one tire it was sliced and i wasnt taking any chances so i sent all of them back asking for new ones and that was about 2 weeks ago so im hoping to get them in the up coming week or two. but then i gatta have soemone put them on and balance them and all for me. but i might just wait to throw them on till i get the springs so i can get all put on at once. it'll prolly end up being a lot cheaper doing it that way. but ill get you a pic as soon as i can.

is it a universal cat?? ive been looking into them, and i want a bigger cat like 2.5 or3", but for the universal ones of that size, they need to be welded on(since stock is 2") and i dont really want to do that.
do they make oem bolt-on fit cats with larger diameters??

Verse914
03-03-2002, 12:50 AM
i believe it is a universal one, but it bolted onto my header and exhaust perfect...no welding needed.
