Please help won't start

I changed the headgasket today, NOT ALOT OF FUN but anyways got all the new gaskets in there cams back on timing chain (that was a bitch) everything is back together, all harness plugs are in place ect, Now for the real question when I try to start it, it won't start. It has new fuel filter new fuel pump new plugs new wires new distributor cap I mean shit what can it be? Could my timing be THAT far out of wack? I took the timing bolts all the way out so I could turn it more degrees then the ajustment allows hoping to get it to start so I would know for a fact that is the problem. I"m just really not sure. Any advice would be great. When I get off work tomorrow I plan on double checking to make sure I'm still getting fire from the plugs. I tried spraying a little starting either in the intake too hoping maybe it wasn't getting fuel for some odd reason but that didn't make it start up either. Any tips suggestions past experiances would be GREAT. This is a KA24DE in a S14 Please let me know.
