I hooked up a new cd player in a 91 cavy its getting power ( i can hear the drive spinning) but the CD player wont fully power up. I Changed some fuses but still no change The Reciever is a kenwood MP825 model with the motorized face help me please.

check to make sure that you have grounded it off properly and that all the connections are good. Also, consider that the player might be the problem?
